Mr. Rittick Richard Mondal is a dedicated social worker who has been serving children with disabilities since 2014. He holds a master’s degree in social work and has demonstrated a strong commitment to his work. He leads a simple life and is known for his dedication and compassion towards those he serves.  According to Rittick

He has a great affection for children and is known for his positive attitude towards life.”

Mangal Patra is an active social worker who gives importance to every aspect of his work. He started his journey in social work in 2013 and has been dedicated to serving children, who he loves, ever since. He completed a diploma in Special Education and has never given up on any project he has undertaken. His desire to serve Jesus through children can only be fulfilled through SAMARTHAN WELFARE SOCIETY, which is a society that focuses on the welfare and development of children

Dr. A Salam is a Haji and a pious man, known for his simplicity and dedication to social work. He holds a Master’s degree in social work and has spent his life working at the grassroots level, alongside the people he serves. He leads an exemplary life and takes great pride in his four children, all of whom are well-established in their respective careers. He considers himself a model of fatherhood. According to Dr. Salam, SAMARTHAN WELFARE SOCIETY is a platform that allows him to reach out to underprivileged children and provide them with the support they need to thrive.
